As long as I take the Plane Train, or use the pedestrian hall, I will still be airside and able to go to any of the restaurants in any of the terminals, correct? (I think I'm correct.)

And does 3 hours seem like more than enough time at ATL for dinner, while still making a connection? After all the train is quick and it sounds like it's easy to get around even though it is large.
