I have a 3 hour layover and thought I'd try a restaurant in one of the terminals. Watching flight activity tells me that my flight from CDG comes into concourse E most of the time but sometimes F. And my next flight to RDU leaves sometimes out of A or B.

I see that One Flew South is highly rated, over in the International terminal. Are all the restaurants airside, and in concourse F/International terminal, are they before or after immigration and customs?
