Some folks will crawl over broken glass to get £5 off a flight. The proportionally low uptake of premium services itself suggests that the balance is not too far out of kilter with what people would prefer. Nothing wrong with receiving what you pay for.
I pay for a reasonable transit through security/immigration, not to be delayed by resources deployed on a premium channel.
