I've been starting to use expert mode on united to determine upgrade availability on potential flights. But, it seems like no matter what flights I check I see "P0 PN0 R0" -- even for flights that are 6 or so months away. Is this typical? The flights themselves are practically empty in terms of seat assignments (no first class seats are reserved, for example). So, I'm not sure if I'm looking for something in the wrong place or...

Also, do the zeroes mean that I won't get upgraded for sure on these flights? I have silver status but usually have the full-fare tickets (Y class for example).
