I'm smoking 8-9 racks of ribs for a mid-afternoon meal after the eclipse. Plenty of parking and beverages if anyone else wants to avoid the crowds in St Joe - just shoot me a PM. We're about 15 minutes from MCI for those trying to beat a hasty retreat.
