Just returned on a red eye from SFO - BOS (757-200) and was pleasantly surprised to find not only a duvet but a mattress pad bundled in plastic. 75% of the seats had them and the flight attendants seemed genuinely confused by them.

It made the seat incredibly comfortable and paired well with the duvet. Not sure if this was a mistake by the company that loaded the plane but was none the less a nice surprise.

I took a couple photos that I can try and load (link below). Hopefully it's a sign of things to come.

Anyone else had these before?
