I have a slightly hazy memory of what exactly happened, but I purchased two Avios packages back in February (2,000 and 8,000) Avios. They credited on 23 February. Looking at my account, I see two Iberiaplustore credits on 12 February for 190 and 791 Avios, so that must be it. My previous purchases were in February 2016.
