I was a big fan of LX compared to LH in the previuos years.
However, I had problems in 3 out of 4 flights with LX 777 in F in the past months.
On 2 flights, the seat was broken and it could only be converted to a bed manually. Very bad!
On 1 flight, the entertainment system didn't work and they did not have a pyjama in size L for me.
Not a big issue, but very disappointing.

Furthermore, also on 3 flights to Tokyo Narita (not a 777) the entertainment did not work properly and on 1 flight the seat was broken as well, it declined to sleeping position during take off and that happend some more times during the flight.

I did not complain for all these flights as it felt very strange. However, when I complained I once received a 200 Euro food voucher and on one other occasion a 15k miles credit. Compared to the prices if the ticket, it felt rather strange to me.

Also, if you followed NZZ articles and comments in the previous weeks, it gives the impression that LX has some deep service and quality issues.

All in all, it seems LX has some proper issues with quality since some months and I can definitely recommend you to use LH, where I did never have these kind of problems ever before, as far as I can imagine.
