Both the miles and first companion code won't post until after the statement closes where the $1000 spend is reached closed. I posted upthread the specific days when they posted for me (and the mobile version makes it difficult to browse & refresh my memory) but basically it should all post within the next couple of days but may be the following weekend.
I received the bonus miles and the companion fare for reaching the spending limit over a month ago, but never received my $100 statement credit. I've even had one more billing cycle go through but no credit. Applied for the card in May so I know that was the promotion at the time. I guess there's no way for me to prove that was offered though. Kind of sucks. Oh well.
