Needless to say I had a few extra drinks and in the words of Queen Elsa I "let it go", (quietly of course)..

Now Love - I have decided to make you a Mucci. Whilst you have not actually come up with a solution, you have endeared yourself to me. I do not blame the child, I blame his Father for not quietening him and telling him not to disturb others. From what you describe, he could have cared less. Had he actually gone to see the planes or whatever, the kid might not have had to yell.
Do not be afraid of the sarcastic shrieks of outrage because you dare to make the point that these Lounges are supposed to be something of an Oasis not the Water Splash as far as noise goes. Society has gone from Children should be seen, but not heard to Children should be allowed to do what they please, whenever they please. Who is to blame? The parents. As for the Big I Ams bellowing on their phones - well as a tried and tested cow - I have one solution if they get too tedious. I go over and interrupt their conversation and say - I am sorry - we seem to have stumbled into your office so we seem to have to listen to you, is it all right if we make notes?. I thought that one of them was going to actually swallow his phone in indignation (which as I am a nurse would have meant that it would be me to have to give him the Heimlich maneuver) then I thought he was going to hit me with it. Instead he stormed off and left his wallet on the table. I ran after him and he rather sheepishly thanked me.
