I just called on my Business Platinum card. Annual fee was hitting soon, wanted to see if they would offer something but I was willing to close. I have used the global entry credit this year and $200 airline credit. Lady offered me $100 credit or 10,000 points. I told her that would keep me. She told me that she would put in a request to reverse my $200 Airline credit. I got that at the beginning of the year. How can they do that? Can she do that?
