LX on-board food and drinks are better (but if you are looking for caviar, then you will be disappointed with LX).

LX is a private suite so more private than LH.

LX has real towel in F toilet, LH don't.

LX E-dock F lounge's restaurant in my opinion serves more sophisticated food, it is a restaurant style feel dinning as compare to more of a buffet style in LH (though in LH, you can order schnitzel, bayerische wurst, must also say the iberico ham, salami etc. in LH lounge are the best).

If you want the LX driver experience, head to A terminal F lounge and you will be asked if you would like to be driven to the E-dock F lounge (assuming your flight is non-schengen departing from E).
