Amex Global Business Travel - Hyatt status
One of my customer is forcing me to book trips through their portal, which is Amex Global Business Travel.
I read that when booking trips through Amex travel, you dont earn any hotel points. Is it also the case with the business version of it? If yes, is there a way by getting at the hotel, to change the rate so I still earn points and my status is recognized?
My question is mainly for Hyatt hotel.
