I've emailed the email address. Will follow up here once i get a fix for anyone else that may have experienced or will experience the same issue in the future
I received the declined message Saturday night while trying to purchase a $250.00 Macy's gift card. I used an established credit card that's been loaded in the MPX app for quite some time. Sounds to me like the app itself has crashed. I don't quite understand why the stability of the MPX app is so rocky. Doesn't seem like that hard of a program to develop/maintain.
They need to get this fixed before the Back to School promotion kicks off in about a week and half. It would really be disappointing to miss out on double miles because they can't figure out how to keep their app working.
