As much as I like the new F product in the B777 of LX, I would take the A380 if sleep is your main consideration. The 777 is much noisier (engines, air conditioning) than the 380 and I like the bed better. Additionally, LH's ground product in FRA is better than LX's in ZRH, with the exception of the superb loung in ZRH's dock E.

Both are very good, the choice is for the most part a first world problem...
