Account on hold - transaction declined
My fiancé's account was getting the transaction declined message... I messaged MPX support who provided the typical account placed on hold for two weeks routine message.
We tried the app again about 4 weeks later and still transaction declined. Emailed MPX who said a response in 7-10 business days and gave no substantive information. It's already been 7 days and no information. What's up with these arbitrary holds? We would like to use the app and never did anything to get locked out.... any advice?
