Called to cancel -- Offer was for the Travel Reward Card. Didn't accept, no other offers. Agreed to refund the AF if I closed the card, so I did.
Had it for 10 years ( since 2007 ) with annual spend of $15K+ except for the last year, so they're clearly not that interested in keeping longtime customers.
