As a OWE, I was able to bring in my wife and kids (4+5) without any issue at CNS and BNE. In BNE, we got into the business lounge too, which is nicer than the Qantas Club. Only one lounge in CNS. So, based on my experience of just 2 lounges, I would expect you to be ok as I was further over the limit than you will be. But you may get someone tougher.
