Both rows are 3 - 3 configuration, but row six has the tray table in the armrest making the seat width slightly smaller. There is a risk associated with 6C as it is reserved for wheelchairs and you CAN be moved to a much less desirable seat (middle someplace) if a wheelchair person books after you do. (it has happened to me, rightfully so) The curtain can also make row six "feel" more closed in than the exit rows. When the aisle is blocked by service carts, those in coach must wait by row six if the need to use the restroom which can be annoying. Obviously, row six will exit the plan quicker than the exit rows. It is all a matter of what you prefer.
