Is the seating on the newly reconfigured 777 as bad as it sounds with the 3-4-3 configuration? The business class cabin seems like it must be very tight as well with 2-4-2. Any feedback on this aircraft?
I have flown in first class several times now. NEVER AGAIN!!! Terrible hard product. Narrow seats, narrow aisles, no personal space at all. It seems all passengers are grumpy on this flight because they are packed in to tightly in first class. Bad, bad, bad product. I would rather fly in an A320/A319 any day. They should not be flying these high density torture birds on a premium coast to coast flight.
