Not to my knowledge. A similar flight of CMB-SIN return has had a minimum of around $140-150 USD when I took these flights. I would expect Bangkok to be similar.
You might already know this, but many of the CMB-BKK flights do not use the A330 which in my opinion diminishes the importance of getting business class. If you are flying on the A330-300 I would definitely go for it, though.
