PHILADELPHIA, PA (WTXF) - Ten people—three passengers and seven crew members—have been hospitalized after experiencing extreme turbulence on a flight that, ultimately, landed safely in Philadelphia on Saturday afternoon.

American Airlines Flight 759 landed at Philadelphia International Airport at 3:10 p.m., with 299 people on board at the time—287 passengers and 12 crew members.
