This was my view of Silver Line Phase II construction this morning. As you can see, the aerial guideway through IAD is really far along (you can't see rails from this high up, but they are being laid), and the Dulles yard's major buildings seem to have been topped out. The yard's tracks, however, have yet to go in, and the two stations west of IAD look much the way those east of the airport did a year ago.
