Flew in J on the 4:30p departing CDG-JFK flight recently(July 27) and enjoyed a choice from the following hot dishes: 1) Mediterranean-style sautéed lamb creamy polenta and green vegetables, 2) Roasted chicken thigh, smooth curry risotto, apple and Iberico chorizo(a François Adamski dish), 3) Lightly smoked shrimp, quickly seared colorful vegetable pearls and a creamy lemon sauce(another Adamski dish), or 4) Eggplant, ricotta and cashew nut lasagna. accompanied by a watercress cream sauce. I opted for the shrimp dish and found it to be delicious. Meal choices were taken from the front to the back.

A light snack of salmon tortilla and mini-burger with bresaola, served with an apple compote accompanied with red berries for dessert, was served about 1.5hr. prior to arrival.

The champagne on offer was Deutz Brut Classic(probably NV, but I didn't check). All in all, decent, if not excellent, cuisine.
