ME fares tend to bring up quite a bit of false availability on ITA/Google Flights unfortunately.

On their website, ignore the fare types/fare comparison. Select the flights you want, click through, and there should be a tab called "purchase conditions" or "fare notes". Click on full text, and check the 'real' rules there.

It will be the full amount refunded minus the cancellation fee if any and USD 3.37 (I believe) for the ticket issuance tax (ex-BEY, not an MEA tax).
