the construction was announced along with the other 7 TCC projects several years ago to be or already opened but this propeety doesn't yet have it's own thread.

was originally scheduled to be only a service apt but seems they'll double dip with this project ala 57

location leaves alot to be desired as it's way down Surawong towards the river away from Patpong with no SkyTrain station nearby and Surawong traffic can be nightmarish at times
