I've seen this happen for various reasons on my upcoming flights for this year. It's letting you know that a change has been made. It can be a change in seat allocation (due to change of aircraft) or it can be due to a schedule change with a minor difference in the departure or arrival time.

It goes away once they system senses that you have clicked on the information.
