Reaching it from T2 it is easy. I usually get the bus 111. From Heathrow central it takes less than 10 minutes. Easy also to go back to the airport even for early flights, bus N9 stops very close, just cross the road in front of the hotel.
It is basic; no executive lounge but rooms are good. Bar and restaurant are reasonably priced.
