2 out of 3 times on our trips MIA to EU, the reversed herringbone config was swapped to the "dental chair" angled seat.

AAgents said it was very common at MIA and each time it happened they had endless complaints from customers because not only you lost the better seat, you also lost your seat assignment - as a result, families and couples all ended up in rows far apart that ensured a musical chairs switch on board and created a lot of chaos at boarding.
