Just returned from EWR in J and had the best steak I've ever been served on an acft. Was still pink in the middle. had flavour and was juicy-unlike the usual BA shoe leather offering!Carrots and green beans were just al dente too..well done to that crew. Old hands I'd say,a few touches gave them away... checking for seatbelts in middle of night with a little torch,and offering wine top ups during meal service just by offering bottles round,rather than entire trolley..
