Hi guys, Know it's an old thread but I will ask.

I have 20 days in December booked at Hertz in CPT. I'm gold and think that location don't have this service, right?

It's better use the AMEX insurance ? I have Amex Platinum.

And at least, it's better choose AVIS, better customer support or is the same thing??
