I could call, but if customer services on the phone are as clued up as they are on e-mail I don't hold out much hope.
Just to be clear - should I expect to be able to choose seats sooner than at check in (paying as appropriate - I'd also be interested in how much)? This is a booking via a travel agent and in booking class N (restricted economy). I can see the booking, the passengers and everything seems to be there apart from the error codes as noted.
I assume my BA Silver (OneWorld Sapphire) status means nothing here?
