Walgreens swipes the card using the built-in swiper, IIRC.

Or just disable PIN support at the terminal level. It's not like they don't have the ability to do that.
(On that note, In-N-Out apparently doesn't support the common AID if the transaction logs on the UNFCU debit card are any indication. Not that I'm surprised really but still.)
