I'm sorry about that, I've actually just done this very trip and my steak came out medium! Still nice and pink. I had the steak on the return too, and that was probably the best one I've been served on BA in many years. If the Australian Tenderloin of Beef is on your menu when you return it is well worth a try. It was served with a rather complex pepper sauce and truffle mash and veg - very pleasing.
Do you know why there was such a delay in being served dinner?
