Gringuito given the current crisis where residents of four countries are virtually, but not completely, cut off from flying QR it is hardly surprising that the 'expat' offer has been suspended until the crisis is resolved. I would expect QR to honour pre-crisis bookings to the full. I would also expect QR to extend the offer for at least as long as the crisis lasts.
This is QR trying to treat ALL customers equally and fairly.
