Even when I reach an obviously-incompetent agent in the general pool on irops days, they seem to identify themselves as the "diamond medallion line" based on my status. Now that ticket receipts don't have the call center code on them anymore, it's hard to tell who you reached unless you hear an obvious Minnesota accent...
