A booking that was previously ticketd but was waiting for reissue would not cause flights to cancel out.
However a schedule change that affected minimum connecting time would auto cancel the flights so i think that is actually the more likely scenario.
Yes, MCT was an issue as the original schedule change reduced the connection time from 1hr 10mins to 50mins. Two of our bookings (we have three separate bookings in total, all for the same flights) then had the EDI-LHR leg changed to an earlier flight (nearly 4hrs connection), and at this point the EDI-LHR & LHR-MEX legs disappeared from the booking made through the travel agent.
