Errors on manage my booking, unable to select seats
I sent the following e-mail to Malaysia Airlines customer services:
" I have a booking on Malaysia in October via Kuoni with reference XXXXXX. When I log in to manage my booking the page displays an error (code 15246) about not being able to show baggage allowance but more importantly doesn't allow me to select seats - all seats are grey for all 4 flights - and the screen shows an error with code 15235. Can you please tell me what is wrong and how to correct it? "
To which I received the reply:
" Please be advised that manage my booking is only available within 48 hours of flight departure and not before. Therefore, you will not be able to select seats online before 48 hours of flight departure. "
Surely that can't be correct? I realise that I may have to pay for seating, but currently am unable to select anything at all.
