Thanks. I applied last Sunday using that link and got an email that they need more to process, and today I clicked the check status link in that email and it tells me I was approved on 7/31.

I'm at least 27 or 28 months since my Citi Business AA close, so I should be good. But this being a business card (no clue in welcome letter, no online tracker), I'll have to contact them after I get it / active it / register it to verify that.
