Here is my modest contribution... The current amenity kit for international PY!

Air Canada Premium Economy Amenity Kit 2014-...

Socks, eyeshade, ear plugs and dental kit. Same quality as those items found in J kits.

Pouch is made from a cheap half-paper, half-cloth material with a velcro closure.
