You can call and ask if you can pay an upcharge to one of the deluxe suites.

Or you might get lucky and they upgrade you when you arrive. But for now, they put you in the suite you're entitled to so they can see if they can sell the rest.

I don't know your dates - but there's little off-season at that hotel. Everyone wants to redeem there.
Can you pay an upcharge in advance? I've paid upcharge on arrival for deluxe and presidential before, but at discounted rates. Sounds like at least one of the two presidentials is already sold (the one we like), and 6127 also sold. May aim for 5127 if available.

Maybe not "off-season", but seems to me summer is the hot time to go to Hawaii. So certainly not peak-season.
