You are placing a great deal of reliance on the veracity and accuracy of the OPs claims. The term "air host" is used which is completely alien to the BA vocabulary and barely understandable to speakers of British English.

To my mind this terminology shows that the OP is not conveying verbatim reports of what is said. There is a word of difference between logging an incident so that liability can be assessed and admitting liability.

Who, other that the OP and member of cabin crew, can accurately say what was said. All I would say is that for lack of mention of any foreign body, cooking issue or other reason, it is hard to understand why the OP holds BA culpable.
