That isn't quite what the OP said though. All they said was that the tooth broke while eating a chickpea starter. It could be that there was a foreign object in there, or that the OP just happened to be eating the starter when the tooth broke (due to various possible reasons, not necessarily because of any BA fault). Without further info, you can't say whether BA are to blame or not.
