Well clearly a lack of data here but I guess I do wonder why they returned to YYZ given YYT or even YHZ can take a 767? But perhaps there were better options for more planes there. Although can't just land, kick someone off and then refuel and take off again?
I'm sure someone on here can find out the flight number and then we can guess from there. Since we don't know the time of day (as one example) and I don't necessarily trust the reporting of the CBC, I think the first step is identifying the flight number and then taking a look at the flight path using the likes of flightaware.
