When the OP started this thread I was thinking, "Well, that stinks but in the grand scheme of things no big deal." Now that the errors are compounding (skipped by housekeeping, no-show charge, really?), I'm thinking that compensation of some sort is in order. And anyone who knows me on these boards knows that I am usually the last person to think that!
