Can't say I have yet come across any customs with fasttrack for business / first etc. I have global entry for the USA anyway. In Europe I just recall the same customs for everyone outside of the fast track for security etc.
DOH has a separate exit lounge and passport area for its F and J passengers.

No fast track customs although unless you have a big bag they just wave you through.
