Baggage allowance EU-NCL with domestic sector in Y?
Looking to book a friend on EU-LHR-NCL. The fare is good for Y but will need 2 bags. I therefore figured I could upgrade just the EU-LHR with miles and not waste miles upgrading the domestic sector. I know this would still get LHR lounge access based on OW rules but will he get the 2 bags to NCL given in Y on the domestic sector?
