Thanks for the reminder -- I will definitely be checking to make sure the points post correctly.

The "fun" continued yesterday. When I returned to the hotel after all day at the office, I discovered my room hadn't been cleaned. Apparently the housekeeping lists weren't updated with all of the Monday arrivals, and they thought my room was vacant (despite being told the hotel was sold out, and my morning stop on Tuesday at the front desk to officially check-in and make sure they had me noted in the room).

Also, I discovered that my credit card has been charged for a no-show for Monday night. I'm trying to get that straightened-out now......
