I'm surprised that passengers were using the lav "all flight long".
IME once meal service has ended, & the cabin lights dimmed, most pax would go to sleep.
What do you have in 1 section? 200 passengers? With children? How many times will on average 1 person use the lavatory over a 13 hour flight + 40 minute delay in departing?
I used the loo at least 4 times including once to wash up before landing.
The couple next to me with 2 kids were in no less than 10 times at least with the kids or themselves. You can do the maths here....and it just does not end. Yes, there are times when it is quiet and nobody is using the loo...maybe for 30-40 minutes and then there is non stop activity for an hour or so...and then again, no action...and re-starts again....etc etc.
I am pretty sure others can confirm this, especially if they are seated in C or D.
