If you are re-routed on AA, you can use any of the T3 lounges. Not sure why you would want to use the inferior BA lounges, when you have the fantastic CX F lounge available to you

Being in F, you can use of the AA, BA or CX lounges in T3.

However, I would caveat this point with the fact that AA do not offer F on LHR-ORD on the 788s, so you may be downgraded to J. You would then require BA Gold/OWE status to use the F lounges.
